Reference is made to the announcements on 26 October 2016 and 14 November 2016

by AgaTech ASA (formerly Agasti Holding ASA) (the "Company") in connection with

service level agreements between Obligo Holding AS and the Company and its

subsidiaries being terminated with effect from 14 November 2016 and the

resolution by the Company's extraordinary general meeting today to reverse the

liquidation resolution and the resolution to de-list the Company's shares from

Oslo Børs.

The Company has today entered into a management agreement with SLM Partners AS

pursuant to which, inter alia, Tore Viana-Rønning will act as CEO. Hege

Anfindsen, board member (new), and Intelco Concept AS, a majority shareholder of

the Company, are part owners of SLM Partners AS.
