Arribatec Group ASA: New share capital registered
Following exercise of 398 902 of the 21 021 459 warrants issued on 2 December 2024 (adjusted after reverse share split with reference to message 07 October, 2025), the Company’s new share capital is NOK 67 264 514 divided into 67 264 514 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
