Arribatec Group ASA: Extraordinary general meeting held

(Oslo, Norway, 22 February 2023) An extraordinary general meeting of Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") (OSE: ARR, Arribatec) was held today on 22 February 2023.

As set out in the attached minutes, the Company's extraordinary general meeting has approved the reverse share split (share consolidation) of the Company's shares in the ratio of 10:1, including the share capital increase by NOK 0.84 (three (3) shares each of par value NOK 0.28), in order to obtain a total number of shares outstanding divisible by 10. The Company will issue a separate stock exchange announcement at a later date with the key dates for the share consolidation once such dates are established.
