HIDDN - Update to the financial calendar - postponed timing for Annual General Meeting

Reference is made to the announcement made by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the

"Company") on 25 March 2019 regarding a potential business combination with

Energos Group AS. The completion of the transaction is subject to amongst

others, due diligence, final transaction agreements and approval by the

shareholders in the Company. The transaction is expected to close during the

second quarter of 2019.

The Annual General Meeting in Hiddn Solutions ASA, scheduled for 15 May 2019 has

been postponed to be aligned with the process following the proposed business

combination with Energos Group AS and will be held within 30 June 2019.
