The board of Hiddn Solutions ASA (the «Company») invites shareholders to an

extraordinary general meeting.

The General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 13 February 2018 at 08:00 CET in the

Company's premises on 6th floor Nedre Vollgate 4, Oslo.
