Minutes from annual general meeting in Agasti Holding ASA

The annual general meeting in Agasti Holding ASA was held on 20 May 2016. All

resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the Board of

Directors and the nomination committee, including distribution of dividend of

NOK 0.38 per share. The Agasti share will be traded ex-dividend 23 May 2016.
