Avholdt ordinær generalforsamling i Agasti Holding ASA

Agasti Holding ASA har den 20. mai 2016 avholdt ordinær generalforsamling. Alle

vedtak ble fattet i henhold til styrets og valgkomiteens forslag, herunder

betaling av utbytte med kr. 0,38 per aksje. Agastiaksjen vil etter

generalforsamlingens vedtak handles ex utbytte den 23. mai 2016.
