Minutes from extraordinary general meeting in Agasti Holding ASA

An extraordinary general meeting in Agasti Holding ASA was held on 19 September

2016. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board

of directors, including distribution of dividend of NOK 0.53 per share. The

Agasti share will be traded ex-dividend 20 September 2016.
