PAYMENT MADE BY SHAREHOLDER ENRICO ARRAS
Milan, 30th July 2024 – Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technological company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that, today, the shareholder Enrico Arras made a total payment of Euro 700.000,00 as a payment on account of future share capital increase, as already communicated on 28 June 2024.
Since this payment constitutes a related party transaction of greater significance (as determined by the Board of Directors on 28 June 2024) pursuant to the applicable regulatory provisions, the Company prepared, in accordance with the terms and procedures indicated in Article 5 of the 'Related Party Transactions' Regulation, an information document that was made available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website under 'Investor/Related Party Transactions' on 5 July 2024.
