FROM SARDINIA TO SWITZERLAND,
ARRAS GROUP OPENS ITS FIRST SHOWROOM ABROAD
Milan, September 8, 2023 - Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technology company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today the Board of Directors resolved to establish a branch in Switzerland, in the city of Neuchâtel, named Arras Group SpA, Swiss Branch, Neuchatel.
A new showroom will be opened in November with the aim of increasing the presence and awareness of the brand in Switzerland, seizing the great opportunities that this nation offers and bringing even closer to the innovative, eco-sustainable and digital system that makes Arras Group unique, the large international clientele living there and those in the surrounding territories.
Enrico Arras, Chairman and CEO of Arras Group, commented on the important decision taken today: "Our growth path continues apace, the opening of a showroom in Switzerland confirms our international matrix.
