ARRAS GROUP: FIRST INVESTOR CONFERENCE POST LISTING ON 18 OCTOBER AT PALAZZO MEZZANOTTE

Milan, 12 October 2023 - Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technology company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, will present to the financial community its halfyearly results, current real estate operations and future technological outlook.

The event will be held in Milan, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, on 18 October 2023 starting at 12 pm. This will be the company's first public appointment after its listing on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, and aims to initiate a transparent and ongoing relationship with investors and the entire financial community.

Speakers will be:

• Enrico Arras Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who will give the first introduction to the Arras Group;
• Andrea Picciau Administration & Controller, who, in addition to illustrating the results as at 30/06/2023, will present the tableau de bord of pipeline projects, the related KPIs and the new strategic control system;
• Flavio Rebellato Head of RE Development, who will illustrate the strategy of expansion and acquisition of new national and international customers;
• Alexandra Magistrato Marketing Manager, who will present technological and marketing developments;
• Stanley Napeñas ICT Strategist & Devoloper and Axl Fernandez Full Stack Developer, who will present the new Arras Group website and App;
• Valentina Murgia Marketing Strategist, who will conclude the presentation with Arras Group's long-term strategic objectives.
