ARRAS GROUP: NOTIFIED TO CONSOB THE UPDATE OF THE KID RELATING TO "WARRANT ARRAS GROUP 2023-2026"
Milan, 8 th August 2024 – Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technological company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that it has notified today to the competent offices of CONSOB the update of the KID (Key Information Document) relating to the "Warrant Arras Group 2023-2026" (ISIN Code: IT0005540643), as provided for by art. 4 decies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 ("Testo Unico della Finanza") with reference to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), as per EU Regulation no.1286/2014.
The KID, a summary and standardised information document prepared in accordance with the aforementioned European Regulation, illustrates to the investor the characteristics of the investment product in a simple and comprehensible manner, making simple and comprehensible way, making the different financial products comparable, increasing degree of transparency of information, as well as facilitating the taking of conscious investment decisions.
The KID and the regulations of the "Warrant Arras Group 2023-2026" are available at the registered office and on the website www.arrasgroupspa.com, Investor/Financial Instruments - Warrants section.
The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID also on the basis of any guidelines that may be subsequently made known by the competent Supervisory Authorities.
