CLOSING OF THE FIRST EXERCISE PERIOD OF THE "WARRANT ARRAS GROUP 2023-2026"
Milan, 31th July 2024 – Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technological company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that the first exercise period of the 'Warrant Arras Group 2023-2026', ISIN code IT0005540643 (the 'Warrants'), comprised between 15 July 2024 and 29 July 2024, inclusive (the 'First Exercise Period'), ended on 29 July 2024. During this period, no Warrants were exercised, as a result, n. 1.810.000 Warrants are outstanding as of the current date.
It is understood that the Warrant holders who did not request to subscribe to the ordinary shares Arras Group newly issued ordinary shares in the First Exercise Period, will have the right to exercise the Warrants in the subsequent exercise periods, as provided for in the Warrant Regulations.
