RESIGNATION OF THE BOARD MEMBER JEAN CHRISTOPHE BABIN

Milan, 24 May 2024 – Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technological company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, took note of the irrevocable resignation of director Jean Christophe Babin, presented today and motivated by professional commitments that cannot be reconciled with the office held.

At present, according to company records, the resigning director holds an 18.23% stake in the company's capital. He is not entitled to any indemnity or other benefits as a result of termination of office.

In expressing thanks to Dr. Babin for his activities to the Company to date, it is hereby announced that the Board of Directors will be called upon to take, in application of the provisions of the law and the Articles of Association, the resolutions resulting from the resignation, giving appropriate notice to the market.
