RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE AUDITOR
Milan, 4 th July 2024 – Arras Group S.p.A. ("Arras Group" or the "Company"), a technological company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that, on this date, Alternate Auditor Michela Fantoni submitted her resignation, effective immediately, for strictly personal reasons.
At the next Shareholders' Meeting, the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors will be resolved, with the appointment of an Alternate Auditor to replace Michela Fantoni, in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Company Statute.
