ARRAS GROUP APPOINTS

ANDREA PICCIAU NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Milan, 1 st December 2023 - Arras Group S.p.A. ('Arras Group' or the 'Company'), a technology company for the real estate development of second homes mainly in Sardinia, listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan, announces that Dr. Massimo Silipo has today resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect for reasons related to personal matters.

The company appointed Andrea Picciau as its new Chief Financial Officer. The appointment comes following a brilliant professional growth path and in support of the Company's development plan.

Dr. Andrea Picciau, who graduated in Economics from the University of Cagliari in 2002 and obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Luiss Business School in 2005, has held the position of Company Administration & Controller in the Arras Group since July 2023.

During his professional career, Dr. Picciau has gained significant experience in the energy, automotive and industrial sectors working in the planning and finance areas.

In particular, from 2005 to 2011, he held the position of financial controller at Acea S.p.A. and at the Alpiq Group (Swiss player operating in the Energy sector); between 2011 and 2017, he held the position of Head of Management Control at Iveco Acentro S.p.A. (CNH Industrial Group) and from 2017 to June 2023 the position of Head of Management Control at Nuova Icom S.r.l., a leading company operating in the mechanical sector.
