Aroa Biosurgery Limited (ASX:ARX, ‘Aroa’ or the ‘Company’) advises it has issued 2,535,000 options to acquire shares in the Company to certain employees and executives at an exercise price of A$1.06 on the terms of the Aroa Biosurgery Share Option Plan Rules (‘Plan’), the key terms of which were disclosed in the Prospectus dated 22 June 2020. Under the terms of the Plan, the exercise price was calculated using the volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares on the ASX for the five trading days between 21-28 June 2021. The Company operates the Aroa Biosurgery Share Option Plan as part of the Company’s remuneration policy and considers the alignment of employees to long term value delivery a critical success factor for the Company.
