Soft tissue regeneration company Aroa Biosurgery Limited (ASX:ARX, ‘Aroa’ or the ‘Company’) announces the appointment of Ms Tracy Weimar as Company Secretary. Ms Weimar will act as Joint Company Secretary with James Agnew, CFO and Company Secretary.

Tracy has over 20 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in both the large and small cap sectors as well as over 10 years of Board level experience as a Company Secretary and a non-executive director. Most recently, she has been Vice President Operations & Finance and Company Secretary at ImmuPharma plc, a UK AIM-listed pharmaceutical drug development company. Tracy has a range of governance and secretarial experience across a range of sectors including listed, unlisted and not-for-profit organisations.

Tracy has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from London Business School. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).
