ANN UAL GEN ERA L MEETING DA TE AND CLOSING DA TE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINA TIONS

Aroa Biosurgery Ltd (ASX: ARX, ‘AROA’ or the ‘Company’) advises that its next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Wednesday 20 August 2025 and that an election of directors will be held at the AGM. Details of the AGM and the directors standing for election will be included in the Notice of AGM.

The closing date for the Company to receive nominations from people who wish to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Wednesday 2 July 2025. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5:00 pm NZST on that date.

Please note that the deadline for nominations to be considered for election as a director is separate to voting on director elections.
