Soft tissue regeneration company Aroa Biosurgery Limited (ASX:ARX, ‘AROA’ or the ‘Company’) advises that following recent incidences of COVID-19 amongst staff at our registered office (64 Richard Pearse Drive, Mangere, Auckland, New Zealand), the Company is electing to hold its upcoming 2022 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) as a virtual-only meeting. The AGM is scheduled for 1pm (NZT) / 11am (AEST) on Wednesday, 10 August 2022. We consider this to be in the best interests of the health & safety of our stakeholders.
