''This to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 13.08.2021, have approved an expansion plan. Under the expansion plan the company is planning to increase the production capacity by adding 1 (One) Mono Wire Machine and 1 (One) 72 wire Multiwire Machine in its Jaipur unit located at Mahindra World City Multi product SEZ, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is a brownfield expansion within the existing building. The total outlay of the proposed expansion will be approximately Rs 8.00 Crores which will be funded from internal accruals. With this expansion, the Company will be able to increase the sales from the Jaipur Plant from existing 40 containers to 60-70 container per month"
