Cancellation of Shares – ASIC Form 484
SYDNEY, 1 July 2021 – HT&E Limited [ASX: HT1] wishes to advise that the Company has cancelled 427,003 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company under the on-market share buy-back (originally announced on 25 June 2018).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.8A, a copy of the notice of cancellation of shares lodged with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (Form 484 – Change to company details) is attached.
