Currently, there are the following litigations in the courts in which ARMÄTURA SA is a party:

1. File no. 356/1285/2013 of the Cluj Court, a case in which the bankruptcy of the Company MECHEL CAMPIA TURZII SA is judged, a Company against which ARMATURA SA has the quality of creditor.

The next trial term is set on 24.02.2021

2. File no. 203/97/2010 of the Hunedoara Court, a case in which the bankruptcy of ATOMIS INTERNATIONAL PROD SRL is judged, a Company against which ARMATURA SA has the quality of creditor.

The next trial term is set for 16.03.2021

3. File no. 1845/62/2011 of the Bra§ov Tribunal, a case in which the bankruptcy ofthe Company HERWISS SRL BRASOV SA is judged, the Company against which ARMATURA SA has the quality of creditor.

The next trial term is set on 04.02.2021

4. File no. 5239/40/2004 of the Boto§ani Court, a case in which the bankruptcy ofthe Company ALCOR SA BOTOSANI is judged, a Company against which ARMATURA SA has the quality of creditor.

The next trial term is set on 10.03.2021.

5. File no. 16904/211/2019 of the Cluj-Napoca Court, a file in which the court of first instance admitted the request for a payment order against the Company TERRA PYM MAGAZIN SRL.

The court is to communicate the decision. The decision can be challenged.

6. File no. 356/1285/2020 of the Specialized Court Cluj, having as object the Claims ofthe Companies FAIR APARTMENTS SRL, DIACONTACT SRL and ALTO BM SRL towards ARMATURA SA.

The case remained pending, but the court postponed the ruling for 22.12.2020.
