Mr. AKPER SARYYEV, administrator of the company ARMATURA S.A and chairman of the Board of Directors of the company notified,during the day of 16.04.2021, the company and the members of the board of directors of his resignation of the mandate of administrator and , implicitly, the position of chairman of the Board of Directors.

This resignation will become effective after the expiration of a notice period of a 30 calendar-days, a term that starts to run from 16.04.2021.
