Result of Annual General Meeting

Arkle Resources plc (AIM: ARK), is pleased to announce that all the resolutions which were put to shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

John Teeling, Chairman of Arkle, also reiterated activity on the Company's current projects as follows:

·    Drilling continues on Mine River, with further results expected shortly.

·    Exploration will commence in Donegal when drilling at Mine River is finished.

·  Group Eleven Resources Corp. (TSX.V: ZNG) ("Group Eleven"), the operator of the Stonepark zinc licences, is drilling on adjacent licences. The data from this programme will be fed into the Stonepark resource model.  Arkle has proposed a ten hole drilling programme on Stonepark which is being evaluated by Group Eleven.
