Results of Annual General Meeting

Arkle Resources PLC (LON: ARK), the Irish gold and zinc exploration and development company, announces the following results from its Annual General Meeting held at 12.30pm today.

Patrick Cullen retires as director in accordance with Article 89 and has not been re-elected.  All other resolutions were duly passed.
