Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Arkle Resources PLC (LON: ARK), the Irish gold and zinc exploration and development company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 is today being posted to shareholders along with a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

A digital version of the Annual Report and Accounts is now available for download here or may be accessed on the Arkle website at www.arkleresources.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at 12:30 pm on 24 July 2019 in the Gresham Hotel, 23 O'Connell Street Upper, Dublin D01 C3W7.

Arkle is a diversified exploration company with principal assets in gold and zinc exploration licences across Ireland.  The Company currently holds interests in a total of 28 licences, including two 100% owned gold projects and joint ventures with Teck Ireland Ltd. at the Oldcastle Zinc Project and with Group Eleven Resources Corp. at the Stonepark Zinc Project.
