Arkema: creation of a Group Management Committee

Alongside the Executive Committee, the Group's decision-making body, Arkema is putting in place a Group Management Committee with effect from 1st September 2016.

This committee will be chaired by Thierry le Hénaff, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

In addition to the Executive Committee members, it will comprise a limited number of Managing Directors/Vice Presidents of business lines, regions and support functions.

This Committee will meet 4 times a year.

The mission of the Group Management Committee will entail in particular the quarterly review of the Group's performance (HSE, financial and operational). The Committee will also follow up on major projects and priorities, and discuss over Arkema's medium- and long-term orientations.

The composition of the Arkema Group's Management Committee will be as follows:
