Reference: Stock Exchange intimation dated September 25, 2025 regarding Authorization for conversion of loan to equity
This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, our Subsidiary Company, Filmistan Private Limited, has allotted 7415 equity shares of Re. 1 each at an issue price of Rs. 17,000 (including premium of Rs.16,999) by way of conversion of Loan to Equity.
The details of shareholding of Arkade Developers Limited in the Subsidiary Company is as given below:
