Subject: Clarification on mismatch in Other Income between the PDF and XBRL filings of Half-Yearly Financial Results filed on October 16, 2025

With reference to the query raised via e-mail dated January 16, 2026 regarding the mismatch in Other Income between the PDF and XBRL filings, we wish to submit the following clarification.

In the XBRL filing, the Share of Profit/Loss from Associates, which is separately reflected in the PDF financial results, was included under the head of Other Income. Due to this classification difference, the total amount of Other Income in the XBRL filing increased by Rs.27.51 lakh for the half-year ended September 30, 2025 and Rs. -4.54 for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to the PDF version.

Further, the said classification was done to ensure that the cash flow from operating activities matches correctly, as in XBRL the profit and loss considered for cash flow is taken before exceptional items. Otherwise, there would have been a mismatch in the cash flow statement.
