Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is being informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., May 13, 2025 has:

1. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved appointment of AVS & Associates as Practicing Company Secretaries, Mumbai as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for period of 5(Five) consecutive years i.e. FY 2025-2026 to FY 20292030, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

2. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Joshi Apte and Associates, Cost Accountants, (Firm Reg. No 000240) as the Cost Auditors of the Company for FY 2025-2026.

The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended, is enclosed as Annexure-A .
