The Company has cooperated with the officials and responded to all the clarifications and details sought by them.

The Company has made a payment of INR 1.48 Crores (including interest), the details of which as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) are enclosed as Annexure A.
