Mumbai, May 13[th] , 2025: Arkade Developers Limited, amongst the leading real estate development companies in Mumbai, reported Net profit growth of 27.7% at ₹ 157 Cr for the year ended March 31[st] , 2025. Revenue for the year rose 9.3% to ₹ 695 Cr; while Earnings before Interest, Tax, Deprecia�on and Amor�sa�on (EBITDA) jumped 23.1% to ₹ 206 Cr.

the quarter stood at ₹ 134 Cr, higher by 9.1% and EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹ 45 Cr, higher by 64.8%. The strong revenue growth for the quarter and full year came from robust trajectory of pre-sales achieved over the last few quarters, the revenue recogni�on of which was done in FY25.

FY 25 marks a year of prominence in which we acquired the legendary 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon, leased to Filmistan Pvt. Ltd, having an es�mated GDV Rs. 2,000 cr. We acquired land parcels and development rights, cumula�ng to 17.5 acres in western suburbs with a projected GDV of INR 6790 crores, including the loca�ons – Andheri, Santacruz, Borivali, Malad and Dahisar.
