Updated timetable for consolidation

Ark Mines Limited (Company or AHK) refers its proposed consolidation as set out in the Notification of Consolidation/Split announced to ASX on 1 September 2021 and approved by shareholders on 24 September 2021.

The Company is currently updating the timetable for the consolidation, and will announce this to ASX shortly. In the meantime the Company withdraws the Notification of Consolidation/Split announced to ASX on 1 September 2021.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Ark Mines Limited.
