Arise's Group management acquires warrants

Arise Group management has acquired a total of 450,000 warrants in Arise. This corresponds to the maximum subscription in accordance with the resolution by the Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2016. Each warrant entitles the right to subscribe for one new share in the company at a subscription price of SEK 18.70 per share. The price for each warrant amounts to SEK 1.32 and has been calculated in accordance with the resolution made by the Annual General Meeting.

The subscription period runs from March 4 2019 to March 15 2019.

In connection thereto, certain members of Group management have sold shares in Arise to finance the acquisition of warrants, which in total will lead to an increase of management's exposure to the company.
