Information on finalised stabilisation measures in the shares in Arise Windpower AB (publ)

The shares in Arise Windpower AB (publ) were listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm on 24 March 2010. In accordance with what has been made public in connection with the Initial Public Offering, ABG Sundal Collier AB has had the right to execute transactions in order to stabilise the share price during a period of 30 calendar days from the first day of trading.

According to the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003 implementing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Arise Windpower AB (publ) hereby submits the following information regarding finalised stabilisation measures:

The stabilisation measures ceased on 23 April 2010. All stabilisation measures were carried out in accordance with below and within the spread SEK 49.50-55.00.
