PRESS RELEASE Halmstad, 15 February 2013

Arise to build new wind farms in southern Sweden for SEK 400 million

A decision has been taken to build 15 wind farms in three separate projects in southern Sweden. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring and the turbines are expected to go into operation in the third quarter of this year.

The 15 turbines have an installed capacity of about 25 MW and are expected to produce about 87 GWh of electricity in a normal wind year, equivalent to about 3,500 full load hours per year.

The specific investment cost is approximately SEK 4.6/MWh.
