Final investment decision on Solberg 75 MW has been made

On February 29, 2016, Arise AB (publ) announced the sale of project Solberg, 75 MW, (the "Project") to Fortum Generation AB ("Fortum"). Construction start of the Project was subject to a final investment decision by Fortum. A final investment decision has now been made by Fortum and construction is planned to commence during the summer of 2016. Arise will provide construction management services to the Project and commissioning is expected to occur early 2018.
