Arion Bank: Covered Bond Exchange Offer Results
The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 1,660m nominal in the series ARION CBI 26.
In relation to Arion Bank‘s covered bond auction in the series ARION CBI 31 yesterday, holders of the series ARION CBI 26 were offered to sell holdings in the series at a predetermined clean price of 99.6393 in exchange for subscriptions made in the offering.
The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 1,660 m nominal in the series ARION CBI 26.
Settlement will take place on 14th January 2026.
