Company Update
Remuneration of CEO:
As previously announced, on 1 June 2021 Mr Barton has taken up the position of CEO in addition to his duties as CFO and an Executive Director. In accordance with Companies Update 03/03 and Listing rule 3, the Company provides the additional information with regard to his additional remuneration for this position:
Fixed Remuneration: $60,000;
Short Term Incentive (STI): Nil; and Long Term Incentive (LTI): Nil.
