Lapse of Take-Over Offer

Metalicity Limited (ASX: MCT) (“ the Company ; or “ Metalicity ”) refers to its announcement dated 8 August 2022. The Offer Period in relation to Metalicity’s off-market takeover bid for all ordinary shares in Nex Metals Exploration Limited (ASX: NME) (“ Nex Metals”; or “NME” ) will expire at 5:00pm (*Perth time) on 29 August 2022 and will not be further extended.

This Announcement is approved by the Board of Metalicity Limited.
