Metalicity Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Metalicity Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 29 May 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: METALICITY LTD (ASX CODE: MCT)

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company requests a trading halt in respect of its securities, to take effect pre-open Monday 27 May 2019.

The Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raisings or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 29 May 2019.

We confirm the Company is in compliance with LR3.1 and are not aware of any reason why the Company’s request should not be granted.
