REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION: METALICITY LTD

(ASX: MCT)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, and further to the Company’s current Voluntary Suspension, the Board of directors of Metalicity Ltd (“MCT” or “The Company”) request an extension of the Voluntary Suspension of the Company's securities pending the release of an Announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the company makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising. The Company anticipates an announcement to be made in relation to the capital raising prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 5 February 2018.

We confirm the Company is in compliance with LR3.1 and are not aware of any reason why the Company’s request should not be granted.
