REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION: METALICITY LTD (ASX: MCT)
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, and further to the Company’s current Trading Halt, the Board of directors of Metalicity Ltd (“MCT” or “The Company”) request a Voluntary Suspension of the Company's securities pending the release of an Announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 9 August 2017.
The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be placed in Voluntary Suspension.
