TRADING HALT
The securities of PLD Corporation Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 3 July 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt (ASX Code:PLD)
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, PLD Corporation Limited (the “Company”) formally requests a trading halt on the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a potential capital raising.
The Company requests that the company securities be in trading halt immediately and remain until the commencement of trading on Thursday 3[rd] July 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market, whichever is earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
