Share Purchase Plan – Extension of Offer Period

Further to the announcements by PLD Corporations Limited ( Company ) (ASX code: PLD) on 28 August 2013 in relation to the Company’s offer to existing shareholders the opportunity to participate in a share purchase plan ( SPP ), the Company advises that the closing date for the offer under the SPP ( SPP Offer ) has been extended by 14 days from the initial closing date to 5pm (AEST) on Thursday 3 October 2013 .

This extension will allow shareholders to properly consider and evaluate the Company’s SPP Offer.

The Directors and Top 10 shareholders have either participated or indicated their intention to participate in the SPP.

Set out below is an updated timetable for the SPP Offer incorporating the extended closing date:
