Share Purchase Plan Completion

The Board of PLD Corporation Limited ( “PLD” or “the Company ”) is pleased to advise that pursuant to the successful Share Purchase Plan offer, it has resolved to issue and allot 16,875,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.008 per share.

The total funds raised from the SPP were $135,000 which followed the recent successful Share Placement to raise $600,000. The funds raised were primarily from the directors, management team and top 10 shareholders, and ensure that, should PLD decide to exercise the Option Agreement over the Rocky Gully Nickel Copper Project in the Albany Fraser Belt, then the proposed exploration program is fully funded. The Company’s current cash position is approximately $800,000.

The minimum expenditure commitment over the Rocky Gully Nickel Copper Projects is $50,000 and the planned expenditure is approximately $400,000 over 12 months. With the recent completion of first phase geophysical and geological targeting program, the statutory expenditure commitment under the Option Agreement has, at this stage been met. A confirmatory drilling program is being planned to confirm and extend nickel, copper and cobalt sulphide mineralisation.

The first phase of a geophysical and geological targeting program has identified 36 regional targets across the 1,200km[2] of tenements, with 8 priority targets identified at Rocky Gully Central across 64km[2] . The priority targets at Rocky Gully Central are the most advanced and were generated from regional magnetics, electromagnetics (VTEM) and drilling, including the confirmation of prospective conductors and identification of nickel, copper and cobalt sulphide mineralisation.

For further information regarding the Albany Fraser Belt and the Rocky Gully Nickel Copper Project, please refer to the Company’s ASX Announcement on the 26[th] September 2013.
