Changes to Board
Metalicity Limited (ASX: MCT) (“MCT” or “Company”) wishes to advise the Market that the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman Mathew Longworth has resigned from the Board of the Company for personal reasons.
The Board would like to thank Mr Longworth for his outstanding services over many years with the Company and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.
Mr Andrew Daley will assume the role as Non-Executive Chairman of The Board.
