Appointment of Non-executive Director

PLD Corporation Limited (ASX:PLD) (“PLD” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mathew Longworth as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Longworth is a geologist with 25 years’ experience across exploration, project evaluation/development, operations and corporate management. He previously held roles as Exploration Manager, COO and CEO/Managing Director with Australian listed companies, and mining analyst with a boutique investment fund. In his senior corporate roles, Mat led multidisciplinary project evaluation and development teams.

Additionally, he listed a series of companies realising value for shareholders, and participated in significant fundraisings and corporate transactions, providing the link between technical and corporate advisors.

He combines Board level experience with a strong technical and commercial background.

Mr Longworth’s experience encompasses gold, base metals, nickel, uranium and coal in Australia, China, North America, South America, the UK and South East Asia.
