Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office.

The Board of PLD Corporation Limited (PLD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Neil Hackett as Company Secretary and the move of the Registered Office to Perth.

Mr Neil Hackett (BEc, FFin, GAICD) has 20 years of company secretarial, compliance and corporate experience including seven years as an ASX 200 listed company secretary. Neil was the initial Company Secretary when PLD re-complied. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Fellow of FINSIA, a GAICD and is currently director and company secretary of other small cap ASX listed resource companies.
